Melissa Mendoza, M.Ed,
is the founder and CEO of Step by Step, Paso a Paso, Inc., a bilingual preschool program dedicated to nurturing curiosity, creativity, kindness, and confidence in early learners. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and a master’s in education from Notre Dame de Namur University, she has built programs that inspire growth through play and meaningful connection. Her vision extends globally through Saint Bakhita’s Innovation Foundation, which supports early education and advances opportunities for women and girls in Kalongo, Uganda.
